Nexalloy ER4043A/4943 high-strength aluminum TIG welding rod. 1/16" (1.6mm) diameter in 10lb box. Alternative to ER4043 with 25% higher Ultimate Tensile Strength (UTS) and 50% higher yield strength in as-welded condition. Typical tensile strength: 35 ksi. AWS A5.10 certified. Moderate to high strength with low melting temperature and high fluidity. For welding 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX series (with less than 3.0% Mg). Common applications: automotive frames, aerospace hardware, bicycles, concrete forms, furniture. 36" rod length. Use with 100% Argon.
