Important: Restocking Fee Applies
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the returned item(s).
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s) to GM Welding Supplies Inc., including shipping, packaging, and insurance. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Items that have been used, modified, installed, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be designated as final sale at the time of purchase and are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale status will be clearly communicated at the point of sale.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund. Please include photos of any damage.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us by phone at 416-845-8810 or email gmweldingsuppliesinc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (minus the 35% restocking fee) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Payment is processed securely through PayPal after you receive and approve your finalized invoice. All property and goods remain the property of GM Welding Supplies Inc. until paid in full. Interest may accrue on outstanding balances.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. GM Welding Supplies Inc. ships Canada-wide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
