Nexalloy ER4047 aluminum TIG welding and brazing rod. 1/16" (1.6mm) diameter in 10lb box. 12% silicon content - originally formulated for brazing. AWS A5.10 and CWB certified. Features: high fluidity, narrow freeze range, low melting range (1070-1080°F), and low shrinkage. Good general purpose filler with excellent corrosion and hot cracking resistance. Can be used in sustained elevated temperatures. For 1060, 1350, 3003, 3004, 3005, 5005, 5050, 6053, 6061, 6951, 7005 and cast alloys 710.0, 711.0. Density: 0.96 lbs/ci. Tensile strength: 27,500 psi. Post-anodizing color: gray-black. 36" rod length.
