Nexalloy ER4043 aluminum TIG welding rod. 1/8" (3.2mm) diameter in 10lb box. 5% silicon content for excellent fluidity and crack resistance. AWS A5.10 and CWB certified. Melting range: 1065-1170°F. Density: 0.097 lbs/ci. For heavier aluminum fabrication on 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063 and cast alloys. High deposition rate for thicker sections. Post-anodizing color: gray. 36" rod length. Use with 100% Argon shielding gas.
